Registration

Softball New Brunswick’s 2026 membership registration launches on March 2nd, 2026 via RAMP Interactive. All members (players, coaches, Umpires and teams) will be required to register with Softball NB to be eligible for benefits and be covered under the Softball NB insurance policy.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

U5 - U9 Players: $15

U11 - U20 Players: $25

Coaches (All Ages): $10

TEAM REGISTRATION*

U5 - U9 Team Roster Registration: $30/Team

U11 - U20 Team Roster Registration: $50/Team

Adult Team Roster Registration (Fastpitch, SloPitch, Orthodox): $75/Team

*Note- A teams roster must have a minimum of 11 players and a maximum of 17 players to be eligible for Provincial Championships, Eastern Canadian Qualifiers, Eastern Canadian Championships, etc. A roster may have up to a maximum of 5 coaches.

Junior Development:  $35

Level 1: $70

Level 2: $80

Level 3: $90

Level 4: $100

Level 5: $110

Players, Coaches, and Umpires Registration Process:

To register, click here to be directed to the Softball New Brunswick Registration landing page. From the dropdown menu, select your club (Umpires select the Softball New Brunswick Umpires option). Log in or create your RAMP Interactive account. 

  1. Players will choose ‘Participant’, coaches (Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, On-Field Helpers and Managers) will select ‘Staff’, and umpires will select ‘Officials’.
  2. Fill out registration form
  3. Compete payment of membership fees*,
  4. Sign and submit all necessary waivers.

* We will be only accepting payment via credit card and/or Interact Debit through the online system. With the volume of registrations, e-transfers are not manageable. If you are unable to complete registration by credit card or Interact Debit, contact the office at executivedirector@softballnb.ca for alternative payment methods.

Team Registration Process (Minor & Adult):

All teams must register their rosters with Softball New Brunswick to be eligible for Provincial Championships, Eastern Canadian Qualifiers, and Eastern Canadian Championships. 

*Note -The Softball New Brunswick Umpires Association will be provided regular updates on what teams/leagues are registered within the province. Those not registered with the Provincial Sport Organization may not be entitled to registered officials until team registration and payments are received, this is for the safety of our registered officials.

  1. Team Leads click here to be directed to registration. 
  2. Select ‘Softball New Brunswick Club - Team Registration’. This requires a RAMP account and will be used as the primary contact for the registered team.
  3. Click on ‘Tournament Registration’*. You will then be prompted to create your team, fill out your roster, and complete payment.

*Note - We are currently working to adjust the title ‘Tournament Registration’ to ‘Team Registration’. Please disregard the name and continue to proceed through the registration for all team registrations (Minor & Adult).

Refund Date

Individuals or Teams requesting a refund on their 2026 membership registration can do so up until July 1st, 2026. Requests can be made by contacting m.diercks@softballnb.ca
