Travel Permits Within Canada

Players, Coaches, Officials, and/or Teams intending to travel outside of the province of New Brunswick for sanctioned Softball New Brunswick competition must complete and submit a travel permit.

  • Travel permits must be submitted up to a minimum of 7 business days prior to departure otherwise a $50.00 administrative fee will be applied. No travel permits will be accepted less than 2 business days prior to departure
  • It is up to the travelling team or member to research and abide by all guidelines imposed by the Province/Territory/Country they are entering.
  • Teams must be registered for the current season to apply for travel permits through their RAMP Account.

 

Travel Outside of Country 

Is your team planning on travelling outside of Canada for a tournament?

Here is what you need to know for insurance purposes:

  1. All athletes, coaches, managers, and parents travelling with a team out of the country MUST carry their own Travel Medical Policy.
  2. Parents with existing policies through work do not have to purchase a separate policy.
  3. Team must submit to Softball NB a Proof of Insurance / Sanctioning letter from the Tournament Host - proving they are affiliated with their respective Sport Organization
  4. Registered Teams must submit a Softball New Brunswick the Travel Permit Reqest through their RAMP Account.
