Adult Release Policy

Adults may request a release to play outside of the province for Canadian Championships. The individual’s first priority is to any team from New Brunswick attending the event. The release window will open on May 1st annually. 

The following must be completed to request a release. 

1. Register with Softball New Brunswick via RAMP for the current season. 

2. Email a written request the Technical Director technicaldirector@softballnb.ca including the following information:
1. Full Name
2. Event you plan to attend
3. Team you plan to play for (Province and Team Name)
4. Confirmation of payment for individual registration via RAMP 

Once the above information has been received the Technical Director will review and notify you if your request has been approved or denied. If approved the Technical Director will notify the province you will be representing of the release.
