Adult Release Policy / Politique de Libération Pour Adultes
ADULT RELEASE POLICY
Adults may request a release to play outside of the province for Canadian Championships. The individual’s first priority is to any team from New Brunswick attending the event.
The following must be completed to request a release.
- Register with Softball New Brunswick via RAMP for the current season.
- Email a written request the Technical Director technicaldirector@softballnb.ca including the following information:
- Full Name
- Event you plan to attend
- Team you plan to play for (Province and Team Name)
- Confirmation of payment for individual registration via RAMP
Once the above information has been received the Technical Director will review and notify you if your request has been approved or denied. If approved the Technical Director will notify the province you will be representing of the release.
POLITIQUE DE LIBÉRATION POUR ADULTES
Les adultes peuvent demander une autorisation pour jouer à l'extérieur de la province pour les Championnats canadiens. La première priorité de l’individu est envers toute équipe du Nouveau-Brunswick participant à l’événement.
Les éléments suivants doivent être complétés pour demander une libération.
- Inscrivez-vous à Softball Nouveau-Brunswick via RAMP pour la saison actuelle.
- Envoyez une demande écrite par courriel au directeur technique technicaldirector@softballnb.ca comprenant les informations suivantes :
- Nom et prénom
- Événement auquel vous prévoyez assister
- Équipe pour laquelle vous prévoyez jouer (province et nom de l'équipe)
- Confirmation de paiement pour une inscription individuelle via RAMP
Une fois les informations ci-dessus reçues, le directeur technique les examinera et vous informera si votre demande a été approuvée ou refusée. Si la demande est approuvée, le directeur technique informera la province que vous représenterez de la libération.
