2024 Registration / Inscription 2024

Softball New Brunswick’s 2024 membership registration launches on Thursday, February 15th via RAMP Interactive. All members (players, coaches, and teams) will be required to register with Softball NB to be eligible for benefits and be covered under the organizations insurance policy. The 2024 registration details have been outlined below.

2024 Membership Fees:

*Note- A teams roster must have a minimum of 11 players and a maximum of 17 players to be eligible for Provincial Championships, Eastern Canadian Qualifiers, Eastern Canadian Championships, etc. A roster may have up to a maximum of 5 coaches. See website for required coaching standards

Players, Coaches, and Umpires Registration Process:

To register, members will click on the link below to be directed to a Softball New Brunswick RAMP landing page. From the dropdown menu, they will select the club for which they are affiliated with (Umpires will select the Softball New Brunswick Umpires option). They will then be prompted to log into their RAMP Interactive account. For those that do not have a RAMP Interactive account, they may select “Don’t have an account? Create one here” and go through the signup process.

Once logged into their RAMP account, players will choose the ‘Participant’ registration option, coaches will select the ‘Staff’ registration option, and umpires will select the ‘Officials’ registration option. They will then be prompted to follow the registration form, pay their membership fees*, and sign the necessary waivers. 

*Notes - Please ensure when registering that all waivers have been acknowledged,  the submit registration button is clicked, and registration has fully been completed.

We will be only accepting payment via credit card and/or Interact Debit through the online system. With the volume of registrations, e-transfers are not manageable. If there are any members that may not be able to complete registration by credit card or Interact Debie, they may contact the office at executivedirector@softballnb.ca for alternative payment methods.

Team Registration Process (Minor & Adult):

We have adjusted the team registration process this year to make it much easier for all clubs. All teams must register their rosters with Softball New Brunswick to be eligible for team benefits and Provincial Championship, Qualifier, and Eastern Canadian Championship tournament entry. 

*Note -The Softball New Brunswick Umpires Association will be provided regular updates on what teams/leagues are registered within the province. Those not registered with the Provincial Sport Organization may not be entitled to registered officials until team registration and payments are received.

To register a team's roster, members (Association Presidents, Treasurers, or Head Coaches) will again click on the link below to be directed to the Softball New Brunswick landing page. From the dropdown menu, they will select ‘Softball New Brunswick Club - Team Registration’. For those that do not have a RAMP Interactive account, they may select “Don’t have an account? Create one here” and go through the signup process.

Once logged into the Softball New Brunswick Club - Team Registration page, click on ‘Tournament Registration’*. You will then be prompted to create your team, fill out your roster, and complete payment.

*Note - We are currently working to adjust the title ‘Tournament Registration’ to ‘Team Registration’. Please disregard the name and continue to proceed through the registration for all team registrations (Minor & Adult).

 Player & Team Refund Date

•  Individual or Teams requesting a refund on their 2024 membership registration can do so up until July 1st, 2024. Requests can be made by contacting executivedirector@softballnb.ca
