The constitution and bylaws of our organization serve as the foundational documents that outline our purpose, structure, and operations. Together, they establish the fundamental principles and guidelines that govern Softball New Brunswick’s activities, functions, and decision-making processes.
La constitution et les statuts de notre organisation constituent les documents fondateurs qui définissent notre mission, notre structure et notre fonctionnement. Softball New Brunswick recognizes its responsibility to foster environments that ensure positive, healthy, and fulfilling experiences. By prioritizing the welfare, safety, and rights of our members, Softball New Brunswick is able to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to address the needs of the softball community in relation to safety in sport.
Softball New Brunswick reconnaît sa responsabilité de favoriser des environnements garantissant des expériences positives, saines et enrichissantes. En accordant la priorité au bien-être, à la sécurité et aux droits de nos membres, Softball New Brunswick est en mesure de démontrer son engagement continu à répondre aux besoins de la communauté du softball en matière de sécurité dans le sport.
To ensure policies remain current and continue to align with Sport Canada requirements, Softball New Brunswick, in partnership with Sport Law and Strategy Group (SLSG) has conducted an independent review. As a result of this review, Softball New Brunswick has adopted an updated suite of Safe Sport policies as of May 25th, 2021 including the integration of the Universal Code of Conduct to Prevent and Address Maltreatment in Sport (UCCMS).
Afin de s’assurer que les politiques restent à jour et continuent de respecter les exigences de Sport Canada, Softball New Brunswick, en partenariat avec le Sport Law and Strategy Group (SLSG), a mené un examen indépendant. À la suite de cet examen, Softball New Brunswick a adopté un ensemble actualisé de politiques relatives à la sécurité dans le sport à compter du 25 mai 2021, incluant l’intégration du Code de conduite universel pour prévenir et traiter les mauvais traitements dans le sport (UCCMS).
Softball New Brunswick commits itself to reviewing and revising these policies as often as necessary in order to ensure members can participate in a sporting environment that is free from harassment, discrimination and abuse.
Softball New Brunswick s'engage à examiner et à réviser ces politiques aussi souvent que nécessaire afin de garantir que ses membres puissent évoluer dans un environnement sportif exempt de harcèlement, de discrimination et d'abus.
All Softball New Brunswick members, including players, coaches, and umpires, etc., have the responsibility to adhere to the rules, regulations, and policies of Softball New Brunswick.
Tous les membres de Softball New Brunswick, y compris les joueurs, les entraîneurs, les arbitres, etc., ont la responsabilité de respecter les règles, les règlements et les politiques de Softball New Brunswick.
