U10 7 VS 7 Rules

OVER THE PAST SEVERAL MONTHS, SOFTBALL NB HAS FORMULATED A U10 RULES COMMITTEE TO UPDATE OUR COPY OF OUR STANDARDIZED U10 RULES. THIS COMMITTEE WAS COMPOSED OF SEVERAL U10 COACHES ACROSS THE PROVINCE AND OUR MINOR COORDINATORS. THIS NEW 7 VS 7 FORMAT IS BASED OFF A SUCCESSFUL PROGRAM IMPLEMENTED BY SOFTBALL QUEBEC, AND IS CONSIDERED A STEP BETWEEN TIMBITS (LEARN TO PLAY) SOFTBALL AND OUR U12 PROGRAM. THESE RULES WILL BE WHAT ARE ENFORCED AT ANY SOFTBALL NB PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIP GOING FORWARD, BUT ARE ENCOURAGED TO BE FOLLOWED BY OUR TEAMS/ASSOCIATIONS DURING THE REGULAR SEASON TO PREPARE.
